We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual professional (Mandarin Chinese preferred) to join our team as a Marketing & Student Support Officer. This role is central to building our presence in the China and Taiwan markets and ensuring an excellent experience for our students from these regions.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Recruitment & Management

Recruit, onboard, and manage education agents in China and Taiwan.

Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners, ensuring compliance with ESOS Act and college policies.

Conduct regular agent training and provide updated marketing collateral, course information, and compliance guidance.

Track and monitor agent performance, reporting on conversion rates and student pipeline.

Represent Nova Anglia College at education fairs, webinars, and student recruitment events (online and in-person).

Student Support

Provide tailored support for Chinese and Taiwanese students, from pre-arrival through to graduation.

Assist students with enrolment, orientation, cultural adjustment, and academic services.

Act as the first point of contact for students requiring translation or language support.

Organise student engagement activities, workshops, and communication channels for the Chinese-speaking student community.

General Marketing & Support

Assist with development and localisation of marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional material targeting the Chinese and Taiwanese markets.

Collaborate with the admissions and compliance teams to ensure accurate student records and smooth application processing.

Contribute to broader college marketing initiatives and international recruitment strategies.

Provide cross-cultural advice to the college to strengthen student experience and engagement.

About You

Bilingual skills: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written). Cantonese an advantage.

Strong knowledge of international student recruitment practices, particularly in China and Taiwan.

Experience working with or managing education agents highly regarded.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-cultural skills.

A student-focused mindset, with demonstrated ability to provide empathetic and effective support.

Relevant qualification in marketing, international business, education, or student services desirable.
