As a Technical Officer, you will support staff and students by preparing and maintaining laboratory and clinical spaces, operating and calibrating equipment, and assisting with practical teaching sessions. You will ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, manage resources, maintain stock control, and contribute to the ongoing development of technical operations.
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and experience in laboratory or clinical settings. Confident in liaising with staff and students, you will troubleshoot equipment, support practical training, and uphold safety standards.

Position Requirements
Completion of a relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a science or technical field.
Demonstrated knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety requirements in laboratory or clinical environments.
Strong technical skills, including operation, calibration and basic maintenance of scientific and clinical equipment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and support teaching and research activities.
High level communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support staff, students and stakeholders.
