About Us

Grow OT is a mobile Paediatric Occupational Therapy service dedicated to delivering high-quality care to children and families. We currently service the Sutherland Shire, St George, and Bankstown Areas, with plans to expand across Sydney. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, collaborative work environment, welcoming both new graduates and experienced therapists in 2025/26.

The Role

We are seeking:

A full-time New Graduate Occupational Therapist eager to grow under the supervision of experienced therapists.

OR

Part Time / Full Time Allied Health Assistance who is still studying Occupational Therapy at University.

OR

A Subcontracting Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in paediatric settings, ready to bring their skills to a flexible, well-supported role in the Sutherland Shire.

What We Offer - New Graduate Therapists:

Total package of $89,250, including superannuation

A $50 contribution to petrol per working week.

Comprehensive supervision: Begin by observing experienced therapists for the first 3 months. Enjoy 2-3 hours of face-to-face planning weekly alongside your designated mentor.

Manage a caseload of 19-22 clients per week, with Fridays dedicated to planning and supervision.

Structured career progression, with opportunities to advance and even become a partner.

Flexible leave options: Choose between 4 weeks of annual leave or 8 weeks at half pay, ideal for taking time off during school holidays.

Flexible working schedule: 4 client-facing days per week, with 1 admin day.

What We Offer - Subcontracting Therapists:

Highly attractive hourly rate: $120-$130 per hour, depending on experience, plus superannuation at 11.5%.

Travel fees: 15-30 minutes per client, included in your billable hours.

Full admin support: Let us handle your invoicing, scheduling, and client communication.

Opportunities to run group programs during school holidays, including Social Skills and School Readiness.

Flexibility to suit your lifestyle: Whether it’s working around family commitments or other roles, this position offers a great work-life balance.

Optional weekend work for those interested in expanding their hours.
