👶 About Us

We’re a friendly and established private paediatric practice supporting children from 18 months to 18 years to overcome challenges and shine in all areas of life—home, preschool, and school.
We work with kids with:

Autism Spectrum Disorder

ADHD/ADD

Developmental Delay

Learning difficulties

Intellectual disabilities

Dyspraxia

Sensory Processing Disorders

…and kids without a formal diagnosis who just need a little extra support.

Our approach is individualised, family-centred, and always fun! We work under NDIS and Medicare CDM plans and offer a mix of in-person and telehealth services.

👩‍⚕️ About the Role

Full-time or part-time options – we'll work with your availability!

Start date: ASAP

Caseload: Children & teens (18 months – 18 years)

Based at our lovely clinics in Allambie Heights and Warriewood

On-site admin team - so you can focus on therapy, not paperwork

Supervision, mentoring & clinical handover provided

Mix of face-to-face and telehealth sessions where appropriate

Brings energy, creativity and fun to every session

Loves building strong relationships with children and their families

Is confident in assessments, reports and intervention planning

Communicates well with families, schools, and professionals

Is independent, organised and dependable

✅ Essential Requirements

Occupational Therapy Degree

AHPRA Registration

OT Australia Membership

WWCC (Working With Children Check)

Eligible for a Medicare Provider Number

Professional indemnity & liability insurance

Solid understanding of sensory processing, child development & learning difficulties

Excellent communication skills – written & verbal

Have 2+ years experience in paediatric OT (new grads encouraged to apply!)

Are open to working some after-school hours
