About the role

Kids Therapy Clinics Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Allied Health Assistant to join our Occupational Therapy team in our Casula, NSW clinic. This role will provide vital support to our OT team in delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children with diverse needs.

Full Time | Part Time | Casual postions available

What you'll be doing

Assisting Occupational Therapists in the delivery of individual therapy sessions for children with a range of developmental, physical, and cognitive needs

Implementing therapy programs and activities as directed by the OT team

Providing support with equipment setup, organisation, and maintenance

Communicating effectively with parents/carers to provide updates on client progress

Contributing to the overall clinical team by participating in meetings and professional development

What we're looking for

Student OT and Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent qualification welcome to apply.

Demonstrated experience working with children, particularly in an Occupational Therapy or paediatric setting

A caring, patient, and adaptable approach when working with children and their families

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children
