$80,000 - $110,000 | Mentoring + PD | Clinic + Mobile caseload with travel allowance.

At Sydney Exercise Medicine, we provide personalised allied health services for people living with disability, pain, and chronic conditions. Guided by our pillars of Combat Chronic Disease, Improve Disabilities, and Prevention & Protection, we deliver high-quality care across NDIS, DVA, Medicare, Private Health, and Worker’s Compensation clients.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team and support clients in achieving independence, functional improvements, and meaningful participation in daily life. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive environment with opportunities for mentoring, professional development, and career growth.

Pay

$80,000 - $110,000 (including superannuation).

Annual leave and sick leave.

Travel allowance for client travel.

Essentials Criteria Needed

AHPRA Registration

CPR & First Aid

NSW Driver’s Licence

SIRA & Medicare provider numbers (or willing to obtain)

Professional indemnity + public liability insurance

National Police Check + Working with Children Check

NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain)

Eligible to work in Australia

Job Role Involves:

Delivering occupational therapy services across a varied caseload (NDIS, DVA, Private Health, Medicare, and Worker’s Compensation) in both clinic and community (home-visit) settings.

Designing, prescribing, and implementing tailored exercise programs.

Preparing professional reports across multiple funding streams.

Collaborating with doctors, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals.

Contributing to Sydney Exercise Medicine events and initiatives.

Participating in social media by filming educational and promotional content.
