Your Dream OT Role Awaits!
At Beam, we’re all about brightening lives – and we’re looking for an experienced OT who shares that passion. You’ve got the skills, heart, and hands-on experience to help kids and teens thrive, and you’re ready to share that wisdom with our OT team.
Join a fun, welcoming, and supportive team of Psychs, OTs, Speechies, Counsellors and Behaviour Support Practitioners in a truly collaborative, multidisciplinary, in-clinic setting (with the occasional off-site adventure). Based at our Tuggerah Clinic.
About the Role
This role is all about helping children, teens, and young adults to build skills, confidence, and everyday capabilities through therapy that’s practical, playful and purposeful.
Your caseload will be tailored to your strengths and interests, with access to fully equipped sensory gyms and all the resources you need. You’ll complete assessments to inform care and planning, and can run group programs, workshops or training sessions if that’s your thing.
As an experienced OT, you will also support the growth of our OT team through supervision and mentorship.
Perks that Work for You
- Full-time, part-time, flex leave, or 9-day fortnight – you choose
- Attractive salary + PD fund + actual time to use it
- Fully equipped sensory spaces for creative sessions
- Regular supervision, group learning, and team huddles
- Clinical leadership pathways + support for mentoring
- Diverse service streams – NDIS, Medicare, private, and Mental Health OT opportunities
- Neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed practice
- Team days, social events, and a culture that celebrates YOU
- Admin support that keeps your focus where it matters
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for your wellbeing
- A team that backs each other, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins (big or small)
What You’ll Bring to Beam
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 3 years OT experience, ideally within a paediatric setting
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- NDIS & Medicare provider eligibility
- WWCC & NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport (not a deal-breaker)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A commitment to ethical, evidence-based care
- A passion for learning, growing, and brightening lives
