About Us

Middle Green is a vibrant community sports club in Greenbank, open 7 days a week from 10am to midnight. With dining, gaming, entertainment and sporting facilities, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for our guests and staff alike.

The Role

As Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing evening operations, ensuring smooth service, and inspiring our team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You'll be hands-on, leading by example across all areas of the club, and making sure every shift runs seamlessly.

Shifts: Wednesday to Sunday evenings (with Monday & Tuesday as your regular days off).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.

Supervise daily operations across bar, gaming, dining and kitchen.

Jump in where needed, from the floor to the kitchen, to ensure service flows.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.

Maintain compliance with licensing, gaming, WHS and food safety standards.

Cash handling, opening/closing procedures and reconciliations.

Ensure the club's presentation, safety and ambiance meet high standards.

About You

We're looking for an enthusiastic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a similar role, or ready to step up into management.

Strong leadership skills and the confidence to guide a team.

A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

RSA and RSG essential; RMLV is an advantage (or willingness to obtain).

Calm, professional and solutions-focused under pressure.

Available Wednesday–Sunday evenings.
