We're on the lookout for a confident, hands-on Duty Manager to join the Broncos Leagues Club crew. You'll be the go-to person on shift – making sure our guests are looked after, the team feels supported, and everything runs like clockwork.

💰 Salary package: $79,000 + 5 weeks annual leave

✨ What you'll be doing:

Leading and supporting staff across all areas of the Club

Being the friendly face for guest queries, compliments, and the occasional tricky situation (with a smile!)

Keeping daily operations humming – rostering, cash handling, security, and service standards

Rolling up your sleeves during busy service times and working alongside the team

Making sure we tick all the boxes for Liquor, Gaming, and Fair Work compliance

Creating a culture of teamwork, safety, and amazing customer service

👀 What we're looking for:

2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality

Strong people skills – approachable, fair, and leading by example

Confidence with cash handling, compliance, and operations

A problem-solver who can think on their feet and stay cool under pressure

High energy, positivity, and a real passion for hospitality

Australian work rights are required at the time of application

🎓 You'll need:

RSA, RSG, Approved Manager's Licence & Gaming Machine Licence

Current First Aid Certificate

If First Aid Certificate is not currently held, it must be obtained within 30 days of employment

Certificate IV in Hospitality (Supervision) – a bonus!

⏰ Your roster:

Our Duty Managers work across a 7-day rotating roster with a mix of early, mid, and late shifts. Rosters are published a month in advance so you can plan life outside of work too.
