About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join the leadership team. This hands-on role involves supporting the Venue Manager and senior team with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service across bars, restaurants, and gaming. You'll lead and mentor staff, handle escalated customer service matters, oversee compliance, and keep the venue running at a high standard. This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional ready to take the next step in their career.

Your Skills and Experience:

Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a busy hospitality venue

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team

Solid knowledge of compliance, RSA/RSG requirements, and venue operations

Excellent customer service skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
