About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Retail Sales Specialist to join our Rutherford store. If you’re passionate about sales and tools, this role offers a clear path to grow your career in a market-leading company.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales at the counter and over the phone
  • Promote deals, bundles, and specials to customers
  • Provide expert product advice and outstanding customer service
  • Maintain merchandising and store presentation
  • Complete regular training to boost product knowledge
  • Work one weekend shift per week (11-day roster)

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales, retail, or trade experience preferred
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on hitting sales targets
  • Genuine interest in tools and power tools (training provided)
  • Good communication and basic computer skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
