About Us
At Atomic Projects, we’re one of Sydney’s fastest-growing remedial builders, setting a new benchmark in the industry. From façades and balconies to waterproofing and heritage works, we deliver projects that protect building value and give our clients confidence.
We’re now seeking a Project Coordinator to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll work side by side with our Project Managers, Site Managers, and Contract Administrators to help deliver complex remedial projects across Sydney. You’ll play a key role in coordinating people, processes, and documentation, ensuring projects run smoothly from site establishment through to completion.
And because we’re growing fast, we don’t just offer a job — we offer a career pathway. For the right candidate, this role is a direct stepping stone into Project Management within 2 years, with training and mentorship provided along the way.
What You’ll Do
Assist the Project Manager with programs, budgets, and reporting.
Support the Site Manager with daily coordination, logistics, and subcontractor scheduling.
Work alongside Contract Administrators to manage variations, claims, and procurement.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, site diaries, ITPs, and QA records.
Conduct site walks, track progress, and help resolve issues before handover.
Liaise with engineers, strata managers, and subcontractors to keep communication clear and timely.
Contribute to project close-out including defect management and final documentation.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years’ experience in construction (remedial, commercial, or fit-out preferred).
A sound understanding of building processes and subcontractor scopes.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A confident communicator who can build rapport with site teams and clients.
Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to step up into bigger responsibilities.
Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or related field (Certificate/Diploma/Degree) desirable but not essential.
Why Join Atomic Projects?
Work with one of Sydney’s most trusted remedial builders, delivering projects that protect communities and add long-term value.
Be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team where your contribution makes a difference.
Opportunities to grow into Project Management as we scale.

A culture built on unity, professionalism, and pride – the Atomic way.
