They have been specialising in a range of solutions for Building Structure Repairs and Infrastructure Asset Management specifically Remedial Building / Concrete Repair, Cladding Replacement, Facade, Waterproofing, and Blast & Paint / Protective Coating works.

The Role
Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join their Nowra and Berry team. You will have recent experience as a Project Coordinator or hold experience in similar roles within the Building and Construction Industry (Essential).

Your main responsibilities

• Completing QA/QC documentation
• Organising direct labour workforce and various suppliers and sub-contractors
• Completing quantity take-offs
• Completing project procurement
• Participating in project meetings

What are we looking for?

• Experience in a Project Coordinator role or similar role within the Building and Construction Industry - Essential
• Construction White Card - Essential
• National Police Check - Essential
• Experience working on defence projects would be beneficial however not essential
• Defence clearance desired however not essential
