Project Coordinator – Precast & Steel Projects

Our CIA precast & Steel Division is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team and play a key role in planning, managing, and delivering successful projects across precast and steel works.

The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will provide vital planning and project management support across multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to client expectations.

Your day-to-day will include:

· Plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple precast and steel projects

· Administer contracts, claims, and variations

· Coordinate procurement and subcontractor management

· Ensure WHS, quality, and environmental compliance

· Manage QA/QC records and audit readiness

· Monitor and report on project cost, schedule, and performance

About You

You are an experienced Project Coordinator or Contracts Administrator, ideally with exposure to precast concrete and/or steel fabrication. You’ll bring:

· Strong project scheduling and reporting skills (Pronto/MS Project desirable)

· Demonstrated experience with contracts administration (claims, variations, subcontractors)

· Knowledge of QA/QC processes and ITP requirements

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· The ability to problem-solve and prioritise under pressure
