About the Role
In this role, you’ll be at the centre of our client’s commercial fitout & refurbishment projects, handling a mix of tasks that include estimating, project coordination, and contract administration.

You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, keeping projects on track and within budget while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use your experience in estimating, coordinating, and contract administration to support commercial construction projects.
• Work closely with the project team to keep everything aligned and moving forward.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and budgets effectively.
• Keep communication clear and open with all project stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar role within the commercial construction sector.
• Strong skills in project coordination, estimating, and contract administration.
• Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
