Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of daily bank reconciliations.
• Updating/Monitoring of sales system to ensure correct allocation of client payments.
• Preparing client refunds.
• Processing of fortnightly payroll.
• Processing of accounts payable invoices in preparation for fortnightly payment run.
• Preparing monthly results including balance sheet reconciliations, review of AP & AR ledgers, accruals, and prepayments
• Monthly IAS and quarterly BAS preparation

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years experience in accounts payable, receivable, bank recs and Payroll
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with high attention to detail
• A degree qualification is not essential but would be valued
