Requirements:

General Ledger journals and reconciliations

Accounts Payable and Receivable processing

Project cost reporting

GST reconciliations and Preparation of business activity statements

Review of period transactions and investigation of variances

Preparation of profit and loss statements and Management Reports, including Cash flow statements

Intercompany and loan account reconciliations

Process full end to end payroll for both Salary and EBA employees

Payroll related reconciliations including EOFY / Annual Reporting

Maintain personnel files including on boarding

Preparing of reports to external parties such as Workcover, ATO, QRO

Coordinate apprenticeship training (Tafe & Busy at Work)

Facilitate Return to Work requirements

Issue purchase orders, goods receipt and issue

Xero, MYOB or similar system

High level of accuracy and attention to detail including working in teams

Experience in Construction industry desirable

Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software
