The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with three to five years of direct program leadership experience and a strong background in ICT project delivery. You will oversee multiple related projects, ensure alignment with organisational goals, and provide leadership across governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

The Role

As a Program Manager, you will:

• Oversee delivery of multiple projects within a program framework
• Manage governance, program assurance, and reporting across senior stakeholders
• Provide direction to Project Managers and support consistency of approach
• Develop program schedules, budgets, and risk frameworks
• Build strong stakeholder and vendor relationships to ensure program alignment
• Prepare clear reports, briefs, and updates for executives and non-technical audiences

The Ideal Person

You are an emerging Program Manager with three to five years’ experience leading complex programs, ideally in a federal government or large enterprise environment.

You combine strong communication with structured program management skills and have the confidence to influence senior decision-makers.

You will bring:

• Experience leading ICT programs with multiple project streams
• Proven ability to manage governance, budgets, and assurance processes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Program and project management certifications (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Familiarity with federal government frameworks, compliance, and reporting

It’s a bonus if you have:

• Experience in ERP, digital transformation, or enterprise system programs
• Exposure to Agile program delivery or hybrid environments

Salary / Rate

• $150/hr – $180/hr including 12% Super
