About the Role:

We’re seeking a nurturing, proactive Room Leader to lead our Busy Bees room (ages 4 - 5). In this role, you’ll inspire and support a passionate team of educators while creating engaging, meaningful experiences for our young learners. This role requires flexibility with shifts and availability to act as Responsible Person when required (open/close duties).

What We’re Looking For

Working towards or hold a valid Diploma in Early Childhood Education (certificate III holders will not be considered)

Previous experience leading a room in an early learning setting

Willing and able to act as Responsible Person when required

Flexible with shifts: availability across operating hours

A valid WA Working with Children Check

Full Australian working rights
