Evergreen Early Learning, part of the Chemello Group, is looking for two passionate and experienced Educators to lead our Toddler and Kindy Rooms.

Located in Greenwood, WA, Evergreen is a family-owned early childhood service for children aged 0–5. We’re a recently established centre with a strong commitment to quality care, learning, and community.

Your role as a Room Leader

Design and deliver engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports holistic child development

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators to deliver best practice care

Build strong, open relationships with families and involve them in their child’s learning journey

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

Engage in ongoing professional development to grow your knowledge and skills

What we’re looking for

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Proven experience as a Room Leader or Senior Educator

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and colleagues

Genuine passion for early childhood education and commitment to excellence

Organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

Knowledge of regulations and commitment to high standards of safety and compliance
