As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. • 🏫 Centre Overview - We are a 70-place centre with a warm, community feel. While this role is not attached to a specific room, you'll be working across the service and supporting different age groups—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and flexibility in their day!
• 🕒 Flexible Roster - Our centre operates on a rotational shift pattern, offering flexibility and balance. Programming time is scheduled into the rotation, ensuring educators have the time and space to plan thoughtfully and reflectively.

You'll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
