We’re a rapidly growing business, ranging nationally in Woolworths Metro, IGA, Ampol, and soon launching on Qantas flights.

We’re looking for a part-time Finance & Accounts Officer to support our Finance team as we scale. This role is 16 hours per week initially, with flexibility and room to grow.

The Role
As our Finance & Accounts Officer you’ll:

Manage Accounts Payable: process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments.

Manage Accounts Receivable: raise customer invoices, monitor debtor balances, and follow up on overdue accounts.

Prepare, reconcile, and lodge BAS, IAS, and payroll obligations in line with Australian regulations, under Finance Director's guidance

Manage core bookkeeping tasks in Xero, including bank reconciliations, credit cards and supporting month-end close procedures.

Keep accurate financial records to support compliance and audits.

Work closely with our Finance Director to build and implement strong processes and systems.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years bookkeeping experience (FMCG, retail, or wholesale preferred).

Extensive knowledge of Xero (must have) and AP/AR processes.

Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Confident communicator with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

What We Offer

Flexibility with working arrangements ( eg, can work the 16 hours within school hours over 3 days, WFH)
