We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to assist us to continue to grow our Stainless-Steel Water tank & Plunge Pool Business . As the Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in assisting with all areas of accounts receivable and payable, within a caring supportive family operated business.

What You’ll Be Doing

Weekly Xero reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.

Invoicing and accounts receivable management, ensuring timely payments.

Debt collection, following up on outstanding balances.

Reconciling accounts across retail and account creditors

Payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments.

Collaborating with the company’s accountant to prepare financial reports and ensure compliance.

Maintaining and improving financial processes, suggesting efficiencies where relevant.

Other bookkeeping duties as required to support the finance function.

Office based role in Smeaton Grange.

Who You Are
• A seasoned bookkeeper with extensive experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Xero, with strong knowledge of financial management.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
• Independent and proactive, with a positive team centered attitude.
• Comfortable suggesting process improvements but not looking for high-pressure responsibility.
• Flexible part-time hours (approx. 20 hours per week ), preferably 9am - 2pm 4 days per week
• No corporate red tape - have the autonomy to suggest process and system improvements where needed.
