Job Responsibilities:

· Set up and operate microphones, projectors, video monitors, speakers, and video conferencing systems.

· Collaborate with event coordinators to define AV requirements and room configurations.

· Conduct AV system testing and quality checks before and during events.

· Troubleshoot AV equipment and ensure minimal disruption during live events.

· Disassemble and pack AV equipment post-events, maintaining proper storage and upkeep.

· Provide hardware and software support for Windows 7/10 and macOS devices.

· Support mobile devices, VPN, printers, and other peripherals.

· Perform IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) services for IT equipment.

· Troubleshoot network connectivity issues at the user level.

· Manage repairs, spare parts, and maintain system configurations.

· Provide "Smart Hands" support for network, server, and telecom technologies.

· Utilize ticketing systems to track and resolve incidents in a timely manner.

· Maintain IT inventory and perform asset audits.

· Deliver executive and remote support when needed.

Qualifications & Job Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Strong experience supporting Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office (2007–2016, Outlook, MS Teams).

Working knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, and Symantec tools (e.g., Endpoint Protection, BitLocker).

Proficiency in diagnosing hardware/software issues on Lenovo PCs and printers.

Experience supporting AV conferencing systems (Polycom, etc.).

Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support physical setup of equipment.
