SeeAbility is seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team.
This casual role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of individuals living with disability—supporting them to live more independently, achieve their goals, and lead fulfilling lives.

What You'll Be Doing:
Working on a rotating 24/7 Roster.
Supporting clients with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties.
Assisting clients in accessing the community, attending appointments, and engaging in social and recreational activities.
Encouraging skill development and independence through tailored, person-centred support.
Advocating for clients' needs and collaborating with families, carers, and healthcare professionals.
Maintaining clear, accurate documentation of supports and progress.
Ensuring a safe, respectful, and empowering environment in line with all policies and procedures.
About You:
Hold a min Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field.
Have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the NDIS and individualised support.
Possess excellent communication skills and a compassionate, empathetic nature.
Are trustworthy, adaptable, proactive, and committed to person-centred care.
Hold a current NSW driver's licence.
Own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance for transporting clients.
Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing to obtain one.
Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
IMPORTANT: This role is not suitable for temporary visa holders, or those seeking short-term employment. We are looking for team members who are committed to long-term growth with our organisation and available on an ongoing basis.
