The Opportunity
Due to growth, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will provide essential support, helping people achieve their personal and NDIS goals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and practical support as needed

Assist with daily activities (meal preparation, medication prompts, community access, social engagement)

Build positive relationships with participants and their families

Complete clear, timely case notes and escalate concerns to the management team

Maintain safe, supportive environments aligned with policies and participant goals

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, Aged Care, Nursing, or currently studying one of the above

NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC (or ability to obtain)

Police Check (or ability to obtain)

Current First Aid/CPR (or willingness to update)

Driver’s licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle

Availability for a mix of shifts (including evenings/weekends)
