About the role

SPA' are seeking a highly capable Signage All-rounder to join their growing team in Botany, NSW. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for all aspects of the signage production process, from design and pre-press to installation and maintenance. If you have a passion for creating high-quality visual solutions and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you'll be doing

Producing a wide range of signage solutions, including digital prints, banners, vehicle graphics, and 3D displays

Preparing artwork and files for production, ensuring they meet technical specifications

Operating and maintaining signage production equipment, such as large-format printers, plotters, and laminators

Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and providing expert advice on the best solutions

Delivering signage installations and providing ongoing maintenance and support

Collaborating with the design team to develop innovative signage concepts

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring strict quality control and workplace safety standards

What we're looking for

Proven experience in the signage or print production industry, with a strong understanding of the latest materials, techniques, and equipment

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

Proficient in using design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or CorelDRAW

Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance to clients

A forklift licence or the willingness to obtain one would be highly regarded
