About the role

Join the team at Aussie Magnets as a full-time Pick-Packer, Warehouse Storeperson and All-Rounder based in Wetherill Park, NSW.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our busy warehouse, ensuring efficient and organised storage and distribution of our products.

As a Pick-Packer, Warehouse Storeperson and All-Rounder here's what a typical day might look like for you:

Accurately pick, pack and dispatch customer orders

Receive, unload, and sort incoming goods and materials

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trolleys

Assist with inventory management and cycle counting

Manage general inquiries via online and phone in a professional manner

Contribute to a safe and collaborative work environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a pick-packer/storeperson/warehouse role

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately

Strong communication (written and verbal), customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to safety

Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work autonomously.

Capable of handling manual tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
