We are a team orientated construction company based in the western suburbs of Sydney, focusing on commercial upgrades, housing renovations, Tiny Homes and maintenance projects.

Renobuild Projects is looking for a full-time Carpenter’s Assistant / Maintenance All-Rounder to join our team.

About the Role:
Perfect for a junior carpenter, handyman, or construction worker with 1–3 years’ experience. You’ll be supporting our qualified carpenters across reactive maintenance, vacant property works, and small upgrades. This role offers fantastic learning opportunities and a career pathway into a fully qualified carpenter role.

What We Offer:

$65,000 – $75,000 + super + vehicle/allowance (approx. $30–$36 per hour equivalent)

Mentorship & training under experienced tradesmen

Variety of work across Sydney (no two days the same)

KPIs / Performance Expectations:

Assist in job completion within set timelines

High standard of workmanship on supervised tasks

Maintain zero safety breaches and good site housekeeping

Proactively prepare materials/tools to reduce downtime

Positive teamwork & reliability
