The Opportunity:

IMMEDIATE START - NEWLY CREATED POSITION DUE TO GROWTH

As a fundamental part of our customer interface team, you will be assisting clients with signage opportunities and presenting solutions knowledgeably and professionally, resulting in closed sales orders.

The role will also work with a large portfolio of existing account customers to increase repeat business and build relationships with these clients.

We are looking for someone who is currently involved in the signage industry or has shown solid results/experience in the signage field previously.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of signage industry experience.

This is more about the person than the sales experience. Someone with signage experience who can talk to our clients from a position of understanding would be highly regarded.

The role reports directly to the Sales & Operations Manager

Skills and Experience:

Applicants must be Australian permanent residents or citizens with valid work rights.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a similar role within the signage or building industry with experience in quoting & managing tenders along with local & interstate contracts.

This position would suit a team player with strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a willingness to learn & grow who would relish the opportunity to control your income through a generous commission structure.

Computer literacy is essential, but the most important attribute is your attitude & how you would represent our business to existing & potential clients.

The role will involve visiting and talking to clients daily & looking for new opportunities (long-term & once-off). Accordingly having sound written skills, great oral communication, being honest/genuine & projecting believability are all paramount.

An outgoing personality and willingness to work with clients is essential. A good understanding of sales and marketing is also advantageous however our best Account Managers have come from a production background so it's about the person, willingness to succeed & attitude....more than a fancy resume - SUBSTANCE over STYLE.

Candidates are also required to have a current driver's license.

The Package:
