The opportunity

Princes Laundry Services' is seeking someone looking to progress their career in Sales and Account Management to join their team in Gepps Cross, SA. This full-time role will play a key strategic part in driving growth and delivering exceptional customer service for the South Australian region.

Key responsibilities

Manage and support a portfolio of key commercial clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships

Collaborate with the operations team and management to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal client satisfaction

Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within your client base

Provide outstanding customer service, proactively meeting with clients and handling enquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional campaigns to support sales efforts

Actively participate in industry networking events and build a strong external profile

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels

Solid Microsoft skills using word and excel mainly

Accountability for tasks handed to them and time management skills to deliver timely outcomes and solutions.

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Excellent English speaking, reading and writing

Tertiary or equivalent experience not required as all training and development will be provided.

1-2 years of sales or account management experience required

Australian work rights are required for this position
