JAN-PRO are seeking an experienced and organised Sales Manager to join our Adelaide business, performing lead generation and signing commercial cleaning accounts for our valued franchise owners.

Duties & responsibilities:

Manage and liaise daily with Inside sales team to ensure lead generation is maximised.

Attending potential customer sites to quote and propose JAN-PRO services to sign new customer accounts on behalf of our valued franchise owners.

Develop and follow JAN-PRO sales & marketing processes.

Attending to all online account sales enquiries and visiting potential customers.

Follow up to sign potential JAN-PRO customer accounts.

Generate your own business leads through meetings, cold calls and networking.

Attend weekly team meetings and update management team on all sales activities, open proposals and signed accounts.

Experience & attributes:

Previous Sales or Account Management experience in the commercial cleaning industry preferred but not essential

Strong influencing and presentation skills.

Must be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.

Cleaning or Facilities industry experience is advantageous.

Sales and Account management or road-based role experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong time management and organisational skills.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Current Australian driver’s licence.

Proficiency in using online computer software and CRMs to develop cleaning proposals.
