Shine SC are seeking experienced, passionate, and talented High Intensity Support Workers with high medical needs experience, who are looking to join a rapidly expanding team in the Dubbo and surrounding regions.

Candidate requirements:

Previous experience working with high intensity participants with high medical needs, including experience with wound management

Previous experience providing full personal care

Previous experience with manual handling and using hoists (desirable)

Flexible availability, including a willingness to work sleepover and overnight shifts

Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification

RN, EN, or AIN qualifications (desirable)

Current First Aid/CPR Certificate

Current Driver License

Current Comprehensive Car Insurance and own vehicle
