Complex Care Support Workers – Immediate Start

Prospect Hill is seeking High Intensity Behavioural Support Workers to join our team and support a male participant in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Clarence Town.

About the Role

Provide 2:1 high intensity behavioural support to a single male participant (24/7).

Male support workers only, as required by the participant’s support needs.

Work within a supportive and professional team focused on wellbeing.

Enjoy generous shift allowances.

Rotating roster including days, nights, and weekends.

Essential Criteria

✅ Certificate III (or higher) in Disability or related field
✅ Minimum 12 months’ experience with high behavioural support needs
✅ Training and experience in intellectual disability support
✅ Current First Aid Certificate
✅ Current Australian Driver’s Licence & comprehensively insured vehicle
✅ NDIS Worker Clearance
✅ Permission to work in Australia
✅ MUST be available for rotating shifts (days, nights & weekends)
✅ Male applicants only (as required by participant’s support needs)
