We’re seeking a Russian-speaking Support Worker to join our team in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs (Randwick area). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of elderly and NDIS participants by providing person-centred care and companionship.

Your Role

You’ll provide compassionate and professional care to aged care and NDIS participants, assisting them to live safely and independently. Duties include:

Personal and domestic support

Transport and community access

Companionship and social engagement

Supporting clients’ independence and daily living goals

What You’ll Need

Russian language fluency (essential)

Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support

NDIS Worker Orientation Module

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children Check

National Police Check

COVID-19 Infection Control Training

Driver’s Licence & Comprehensive Car Insurance

ABN Number
