Resi Owners Corporation Management is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Owners Corporation Assistant to join our energetic team in Scoresby on a full-time basis.

Duties and responsibilities:

Answer reception calls and provide basic support to clients.

Update owner information and maintain accurate records.

Forward requests and enquiries to the owners corporation manager.

Answer basic questions regarding payment of fees.

Conduct regular site inspections of our properties across Melbourne and prepare reports accordingly for the owners corporation manager.

Manage multiple email inboxes efficiently and professionally.

Liaise with stakeholders to organise owners corporation certificates (prepared by the owners corporation manager).

Maintain and organise documents where required.

Prepare and issue breach notices in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Prior experience working in an office environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage priorities effectively.

Access to a reliable vehicle and a current drivers licence.
