Sound Owners Corporation knowledge of the 2006 Act.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Adaptive to change and new processes

Proactive, self motivated and confident

Strong organisational skills

Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office)

Strong demeanour & confident public speaking skills

Car & Valid Licence for site visits & meetings

Ability to work within a team environment

High rise and/or mid rise building Management experience

Ability to navigate through complex issues effectively
