Owners Corporation Manager
We are seeking an Owners Corporation Manager due to changes / growth with the skills to manage a portfolio of mixed properties around Melbourne.

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of properties, residential and some mixed use / commercial properties, circa 700 lots in the inner suburbs (tbc)
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etc
- Deal with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio/properties
- Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with time in lieu for after hours meetings (tbc)

Hours are Approx: Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm (tbc), early start and early finish may be available (tbc), no weekends.

Parking Provided / Free Local to Office

WHATS ON OFFER:
- $100,000 to $115,000 + Super + 2.2's (tbc, dependant on experience)
- Laptop and Phone to be provided / negotiated
- Work from home schedule (days/times) to be negotiated
- Car parking on site / around office as listed above

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of the strata industry and/or property and asset management experience, ideally with their own similar strata portfolio of 500+ lots for 2+ years
- Good communication skills and admin skills
- Have completed relevant industry training and/or SCA modules
