Is an Owners Corporation Management company providing body corporate services across Melbourne and up to Regional Victoria. They work across residential, commercial and industrial property.
your role
You will be required to manage 5-6 large multi OCs of around 1000 -1500 lots. You will also receive support from an Asociate, an Accountant, and a support team.
your advantage
You will have worked as an Owners Corporation Manager before for around 3 years plus. Our client will not consider candidates without Strata experience.
