Senior Insurance Opportunities – Team Leader & Global Network Manager

Role 1: Account Manager & Team Lead

In this role you will oversee a $500K portfolio, supported by an Account Executive who will manage approx $140k and a growing offshore support team. You will play a central leadership role in mentoring your direct reports (2-3) driving service excellence, and ensuring client retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a $500K client portfolio.

Lead and mentor an Account Executive and 2 x offshore support team.

Provide technical expertise, strategic advice, and client engagement at a senior level.

Collaborate closely with Account Directors to deliver consistent client outcomes.

Streamline processes and ensure compliance standards are met.

Role 2: Global Network Manager

This unique role focuses on international servicing and coordination through established and successful Insurance Networks. You will manage a $300K (and growing) portfolio of international inbound and outbound clients, while being the face of the firm globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Service and coordinate international client needs and reverse flow opportunities.

Represent the brokerage at global conferences and roadshows.

Liaise with overseas partners across multiple time zones (occasional after-hours).

Build strong relationships to drive business growth.

Travel Requirement - Approx. 7 weeks international travel per year
