This role is ideal for a high-performing, experienced Physiotherapist who is eager to take the Levaro physio team to the next level at one of the newest and largest rehabilitation clinics in the state.
We prefer full-time applicants, but part-time candidates will also be considered.
We are looking for a therapist who:
Has significant experience (4+ years) working with adult clients living with neurological conditions and is committed to making a real difference in their lives.
Has experience as a team leader, or can demonstrate a high level of clinical supervision experience, or demonstrated leadership potential through proven mentoring of junior staff.

High level of experience delivering services under NDIS funding, including assessment, recommendations, plan implementation and progress reporting. You will need to lead and supervise your team as they learn this skill.
Enjoys independence and autonomy in their role.
Can manage a team whilst also managing a balanced caseload of clients.
The role:
While we ideally seek a full-time applicant, we are open to negotiating hours for the right candidate.
You will lead a team of physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants, providing clinical supervision and mentoring.
You will manage a physiotherapy caseload primarily consisting of adults with neurological conditions, providing in-clinic assessments and treatments, as well as home visits and hydrotherapy in the community.
You will provide patient-centred care, empowering clients to achieve their goals.
A competitive salary package will be offered based on experience and responsibilities.
You will receive a professional development allowance, regular 1:1 meetings, and annual performance reviews.
A supportive on-site administration team will assist you at the clinic.
There are career progression opportunities within the organisation.
