Our client is seeking a high-impact Manager to lead and develop a team of supervisory experts in our Life, Private Health Insurance, and Superannuation (LPHIS) Division.

The Role:

Lead & Develop: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of supervisors accountable for prudential strategies and risk assessment across the PHI industry.

Strategic Impact: Drive strengthened prudential outcomes and proactively identify critical institutional risks before they manifest.

Executive Presence: Utilise exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage with senior executives and Board members of supervised institutions.

Sector Expertise: Leverage your strong understanding of the Private Health Insurance ecosystem and its key trends.

About You:

Minimum 5+ years of executive-level experience leading and developing management/supervisory teams.
