We have been appointed by a reputable Perth Tier 2 Building Contractor, 10mins from the CBD, to source a Project Manager as an additional member to this growing team. Currently a team of circa 40 staff members, they have great plans for the future and in return, provide their staff with fantastic career growth opportunities.

We are looking for an autonomous Project Manager to run commercial building projects between $5 – 50m across retail, office, hotels, education, aviation, health and hospitality (no apartments!) with a good, varied spread of new build, refurb and fitout.

Working within this fantastic office culture under relatively young management, this company offers extremely flexible working arrangements (policy in place), 32 days paid time off, no set hours, working from home as required and zero micromanagement! For an opportunity to work in this amazing company the Project Manager needs to satisfy the following criteria:

• 3+ years commercial building experience as a Project Manager
• Project experience between $2 – 100m commercial building projects
• Desired experience in either retail, office, hotels, education, health or hospitality
• In Perth or enroute within 4 weeks
• Australian Working Rights

Salary guide $200 - 245k package (commensurate with experience)
