The Venue
We’re building a brigade of experienced Chefs to shape three kitchens under one roof — Past/Port Dining & Rooftop with the fire and spice of South-East Asian cuisine, the Public Bar reimagining Melbourne pub classics and our Prep & Event kitchens fuelling celebrations and private dining above.
The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs and Chefs de Parties who bring skill, organisation and positive energy to every service.
Successful candidates will have:
Minimum 3 years’ relevant industry experience
Knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques
Solid understanding of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly
Knowledge of stock control, ordering and kitchen costs
