The Opportunity:

We are expanding our Perth team and seeking a highly professional and empathetic Medical Receptionist and Patient Liaison to be the welcoming face of Zento at our clients' private consulting rooms.

This isn't a traditional, desk-bound admin role. It's a dynamic, on-the-ground position perfect for a polished professional who thrives on human interaction and is looking for flexible, meaningful work. Initially, you will support a newly established and highly specialised orthopaedic surgeon, with opportunities to support other specialists in the future.

What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact, greeting patients with warmth and professionalism.

Manage the patient flow in a calm and efficient manner, ensuring a seamless clinic experience.

Process patient payments using EFTPOS, credit cards.

Act as the link between the physical clinic and our expert virtual administrative team, scanning and uploading key documents.

Ensure the clinic environment is always presented to the highest standard.

Previous medical reception experience is highly regarded, but a background in premium hospitality, corporate reception, or high-end client services is also ideal.
