About the role

Willetton GP is seeking a dedicated part-time Medical Receptionist to join our team in Willetton, WA 6155. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our medical practice, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

Greeting patients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling appointments, managing the appointment calendar, and coordinating patient flow

Handling patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, and providing accurate information

Maintaining patient records and updating medical histories

Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as required

Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of the medical office

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
