Our team is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our medical practice. As a medical receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and must be able to provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying Medicare details, and responding to emails. You will need to be available to work across two clinic sites (Karrinyup and East Perth), various shift patterns during clinic opening hours (Mon-Sun 7am to 7pm) and flexible to cover staff sick days at short notice. We have full time and part time positions available for immediate start.

Medical admin experience is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and work well within the busy team.
