What You’ll Be Doing

Lead & mentor a drafting team of two, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output

Own all drawings – prelims, contracts, approvals, construction, site/floor plans, elevations, electrical layouts, and variations

Drive compliance & standards – ensure designs meet codes, council requirements, developer guidelines, energy ratings, and company standards

Collaborate with teams & consultants – Sales, Estimating, Construction, engineers, surveyors, councils, and developers

Provide design input & maintain standards – contribute to client meetings and develop streamlined master drawings

What You’ll Bring

Strong ArchiCAD skills and residential drafting experience

Background in production drafting (custom design experience a plus)

Confidence to lead or step into leadership within a small team

Knowledge of BCA, QDC, Residential Design Codes & Australian Standards

Detail-driven, proactive, and collaborative mindset
