As the HR Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people strategy across multiple international regions. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers and teams, driving initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and culture.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that combines strategic HR leadership with operational excellence. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the employee experience reflects the brand’s values, while supporting global growth through scalable people practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic business partner to leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and team development
- Lead and continuously improve core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and career progression
- Deliver and support global people programs such as engagement surveys, DE&I initiatives, and learning & development strategies
- Ensure compliance across regions with up-to-date HR policies, systems, and employment legislation (with a strong focus on Australia)
- Oversee and manage HR administration including employment contracts, system updates, and reporting
- Champion a positive, inclusive culture that reflects the brand’s unique identity
Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture role, with at least 1–2 years in a standalone or leadership capacity
- Proven experience supporting teams across Australia and familiarity with relevant employment laws and ER practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a coaching mindset and a passion for building high-performing teams
- Experience in fashion, retail, or other fast-paced consumer environments is highly regarded
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-scaling environment, balancing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
