THE ROLE

The directors are looking for a well-rounded manager with a broad skill-set across both staff management and client service.

Some of your duties will include:

Management of an SME client base under 1 of the business services directors

Preparation and presentation of all compliance and advisory work for your clients

Supervision and mentoring of a team of accountants

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

A suitable candidate will possess the following:

CA/CPA qualification

Several years’ experience in a senior role

Ability to communicate in layman’s terms to clients and staff

Ability to create lasting relationships and become a trusted advisor
